I would like to endorse the comments above. I have just had my first encounter with RRR and am most impressed by the commitment and interest taken in my (older) car. I have not enjoyed this kind of service with my previous technician and it has made me feel confident that my car is being “looked after”. I appreciate the time taken to explain to me in detail the work that was carried out.

Just a short note to thank you for the work you did on ‘our baby’.
We have taken her for a run today up through Berwick (stopped for Coral to shop) and back through Emerald and the ranges. Coral commented that it appeared to be a lot smoother than previous, and, although we had the hood down, we couldn’t detect any fuming. The acid test will be with the hood up of course. I found it a delight to drive, especially having confidence in the clutch.
I would like to say that we found you very professional and reassuring to deal with and I particularly want to thank you for the time you took to explain the work you had performed and your observations. The mystical Koni suspension is also no longer a mystery, thank you. I thought the ride today was more comfortable than previous which I presume is because of the adjustment you made.
We look forward to a long and satisfying association with you as our car’s technician, and will certainly recommend you to anyone we are discussing “Porsches” with. We will contact you in the New Year to arrange to attend to the Timing Belt, etc.
